Cup Cakes with a difference ....

I thought it would be fun to try and make cup cakes that look like ice creams. They were a lot easier than I imagined. I firstly wrapped the outside of each cone in tin foil, this stops the cone burning whilst cooking. then I filled each cone with sponge mixture (I used chocolate), then I decorated the top with buttercream swirls and finished by adding sprinkles and chocolate flakes.
